Car Repair: Why Lupient’s Service Can’t be Beat

Flagship-Ford-Service
From the moment you walk onto the show floor until you drive away, Lupient Ford is here to serve you throughout the vehicle purchasing process. Our work ethic doesn’t end when you leave the lot; when your Ford vehicle of choice needs repairs and maintenance, our Service Department is more than happy to show you why your car or truck is in better hands here than anywhere else. While there are many options when looking for a shop to service your vehicle, Lupient Ford pulls ahead of the pack in a few key areas; it’s a no-brainer to come back to Lupient Ford for all your future car repair needs.

Quality

While saving a few bucks on parts or service can be an enticing offer, one must remember that in today’s world of cheap knock-offs and counterfeit imports, cutting costs can’t compete with the genuine article. Do you really want to gamble the health and safety of you and your vehicle on goods of questionable quality? The Service shop at Lupient Ford uses only factory-direct parts straight from Ford. Sure, you could find a less expensive alternative at other shops, but if your brakes fail just before a collision, was it worth saving the cash if they can’t save your life? Don’t put yourself in the position where an accident caused by faulty parts can literally cost you an arm and a leg. Is saving a few dollars in your wallet worth it if you end up trading your life, or those of a loved one?

Tools and Tech

One of the biggest perks of being attached to a dealership is increased funding; smaller operations just can’t match our resources. Lupient Ford is able to equip our technicians with the latest tools and technology available, and our technicians are able to replace aging equipment much more frequently than the competition. Lupient Ford avoids the dangers of old, worn-out tools and outdated technology that can hurt your car more than they help. Is it worth endangering your pristine pride and joy with tools that are far past their prime?

Knowledge

Our devotion to the Ford brand means that you’ll find nowhere else than can match our expertise and experience when it comes to working on your Lupient Ford car or truck. With other shops having to juggle numerous brands and models from across the spectrum, there’s simply no way they can keep up with all the latest information about Ford. Our Service Department specializes only in the Ford vehicles we carry, giving them the ability to understand your vehicle to a level no one else can match. Knowledge is power, and our technicians continuously go through extensive training, giving them intimate knowledge of every nook and cranny of Ford’s products. The learning process never ends, as we update our training with the latest developments and tricks in Ford maintenance so our technician can continue their mastery. On the other side of the spectrum, competing shops struggle to keep up with the ever-evolving car world as they take on many more brands and models. They must sacrifice quality for quantity, while Lupient Ford has both in abundance. Do you really want to take a chance on a technician that will take a chance on your car, using potentially dangerous practices and doing unnecessary work due to their lack of experience working with your vehicle?

Amenities

Perhaps the most annoying part of the maintenance process for customers is all the waiting around that comes with the territory. At Lupient Ford, making your stay as pleasant as possible is a top priority. Our house is your house. Save yourself the stress of waiting in the cramped, uncomfortable confines of a back-room waiting area that hasn’t been updated in ages. At Lupient Ford, taking care of the driver is just as important as taking care of the car itself. Our climate-controlled waiting room keeps you comfortable, rain or shine, wet or dry. Decompress and relax in our luxury furniture. You can even grab a quick bite to eat as your vehicles nears the finish line. What sounds better: waiting for hours in a room straight out of 1995, or relaxing in a luxury-focused experience?

Reputation

When you buy a vehicle from Lupient Ford, you become a part of the pack, and we take care of the pack. Like a family, maintaining strong ties with our customers and community is crucial. As such, protecting the integrity of the Ford brand is too important to tarnish it with shoddy shortcuts and slacking standards. Smaller brands can take chances and cut corners, risking the loyalty of their customers, but Lupient Ford must protect ourselves, our customers and our brand. Your vehicle is safer in our hands, as we do only what is needed, with the tools necessary and the techniques required, to protect our pack. Keeping your vehicle safe and your patronage secure is far more important than shave off a few cents. Can you guarantee the same level of hard work and quality from someone with no name to protect or reputation to uphold?

2020 Super Duty Series' New 7.3-Liter V8

The 2020 Ford Super Duty Series Sees Serious Upgrades

Get the scoop on the two big improvements coming to the 2020 Super Duty series in today’s blog! 2020 Brings New Engine and New Tech Super Duty trucks deserve a super-strong engine, and Ford is set to deliver in the upcoming 2020 collection. With a new 7.3-liter V8 on board, as well as an innovative power takeoff unit, the 2020 Super Duty series is set to impress. Behold the Beastly 7.3-Liter V8 2020 Super Duty Series' New 7.3-Liter V8 The 2020 Super Duty series will now sport an all-new, awesome 7.3-liter gasoline V8 engine. This beefy beating heart should provide best-in-class output for gas V8 engines, according to Ford. With 430 pound-feet of torque and 430 horsepower under the hood, it will be hard to beat this bad boy. Alongside this innovative engine, nearly all Super Duty trucks will feature a new heavy-duty 10-speed automatic transmission that can tackle the increased power output with ease. While all that power is impressive, perhaps even more surprising is that the new V8 will be able to over 400 pound-feet of torque at just 1,500 rpm, giving drivers access to impressive performance without the wait. The full strength of the engine will available at 4,000 rpm. All that effort is sure to produce a lot of heat, so Ford has designed a forged steel crankshaft with "extra-large" main bearings as well as cooling jets for the pistons to keep things cool and capable no matter the effort. The F-250 and F-350 will be the first members of the 2020 Super Duty series to see the new 7.3-liter engine as an available option. Ford will roll out the upgrade to the F-450, F-550, F-600, F-650 and F-750 at a later date. These models will see a little less power, with 350 horsepower and 468 pound-feet of torque on tap. The F-53 and F-59 stripped chassis models will also feature this engine eventually, alongside the E-Series cutaway. As time goes by, Ford will roll out numerous calibration configurations to improve fuel economy, but the automaker has no target date in mind quite yet. Power-Up Accessories with the New Standard Power Takeoff The other big upgrade coming to the 2020 Super Duty Series is the new inclusion of a state-of-the-art power takeoff unit. Normally used by truck-chassis dumpers and snowplows, a power takeoff unit provides extra energy for accessories. Cranes, boom lifts, snowplows and the like draw power from powertrain thanks to power takeoff units. The new power takeoff unit will allow for up to 300 pound-feet of stationary torque. With this new inclusion, the 2020 Super Duty Series will be capable of many more duties than in the past. The power takeoff unit won't be included in every model, however. It will come standard on 2020 Super Duty Series trucks still sporting the older 6.7-liter diesel V8. For trucks toting the new 7.3-liter V8, power takeoff will be an available upgrade. The six-speed automatic-armed F-650 and F-750 should see it as an option at a later date as well. On important factor to note is that unlike most power takeoff systems, the 2020 Super Duty series addition won't leave you stuck stationary. The unit connected to the 10-speed automatic transmission is designed as a "live" setup that will allow use when in motion. Ready to get down to business in a new 2020 Super Duty series truck?
