Our Story: Timeline of Flagship Ford
May 2019: Breaking Ground And Dirty Work
Ground-breaking on the renovations occurred! The first phase involved grading and excavating to prepare for the new service drive's concrete pouring.
June 2019: Concrete Pouring
Dirt work and grading began, readying for concrete pouring. Some hiccups arose, but our service drive structure is now up, with progress on insulation leading to phase two. Check out our videos.
July 2019: Phase Two: Service Drive and Store Expansion
Our service drive develops as phase two begins, with directions for customers during construction. Progress included dirt work, plumbing and concrete pouring, plus the addition's structure and framing. Check out our videos.
August 2019: And Then There Were Walls
Work included framing up floors and windows, HVAC installation and closing our main front door. Walls were constructed, along with a "brand wall," while the service drive was redirected. Check out our videos.
September 2019: To The Window, To The Wall
Exciting progress consisted of insulation, siding and showroom expansion. Meanwhile, the pavement was torn out for a new blacktop and concrete was poured in front of the dealership.
October 2019: Taking On The Inside
The new blacktop began while interior remodeling commenced, including demolition of the showroom floor and installing eco-friendly elements. Our inventory is back on the lot and customers directed to the appropriate entrance.
November 2019: A Sneak Peak
Interior remodeling progressed, with new offices and rooms framed and dry-walled. Get a sneak peek at various department renovations, from parts to service waiting area and conference rooms.
December 2019: Ahead Of Schedule
Accounting office, conference room, showroom floor and offices are ready, with the project ahead of schedule.
January 2020: Shaping Up
The new showroom layout and design were unveiled, with the sales staff moving back to permanent desks.
February 2020: The Cherry On Top
Our new signage enhances the building's exterior and all facilities are functional and welcoming. Parking is back to normal!
March 2020: The Dust Is Done
The remodel construction is complete! We're immensely thankful to Gavic Construction for their hard work and to our customers for their patience during this time. Feast your eyes on our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility!
